WEIGHT CONTROL FIDGETING

Will fidgeting help you lose weight? A recent study has shown that those who fidgeted gained less weight then those who just sat still.

Some of those tested gained as much as over 4kg while those who fidgeted only gained on average around 360g.

NEAT, non exercise activity thermogenesis, also known as fidgeting was found to be the key factor.

Those with the highest increase in fidgerting gained the least weight.
