You should have easily digestable foods such as fruit and yoghurt.

The average person loses about 10 cups of fluid a day. If you're exercising you're losing even more. In addition to the 8 to 10 glasses recommended for normal day-to-day activity, drink at least one extra cup of juice or water for every 20 minutes you exercise.
