Estimated Casualties : 150 total.

June 25: Brig. Gen. James Wilson and Brig. Gen. August Kautz continued tearing up rail track south to the Staunton River Bridge. Here, Home Guards prevented them from destroying the bridge. Maj. Gen. William H.F. Rooney Lee’s cavalry closed on the Union from the northeast forcing them to withdraw.
