UNICORNS
Unicorns are the most mystical of all legendary creatures.
It was usually portrayed in the form of a horse with a single horn extending from its forehead.
In some parts of the world the Unicorn was depicted with the body of a goat, ram, rhinoceros or even a serpent.
The Unicorn was considered both masculine and feminine.
It was regarded as a symbol of purity and spiritual unity.
It was believed that only a virgin holding a mirror could tame a Unicorn.
