1933 : Movie stars became the role model for woen.

1937 : Variations of the T-Strap appear.

1939 : Twotone Brogues reached the height of fashion. Shoes were made primarily of wood and cork during the late 1930s due to the lack of leather and the war ban on rubber. The shoe fitting fluoroscope was a common fixture in shoe stores during the 1930s.
