DIET DURING PREGNANCY

Drinking pure vegetable juice can be one way to obtain the same vitamins in a form that is more palatable to your sensitive stomach. You may also want to eat more fruit since many contain the same vitamins and minerals found in vegetables.

You should also talk to your doctor about taking a prenatal vitamin supplement. This will help ensure that you get the vitamins and minerals you need.

But remember that it's important to try to get your nutrients from food sources first. Vitamin supplements can not make up for poor eating habits.

Try not to worry about what you havent been able to stomach. The best thing you can do for your baby is to eat as healthfullly as you can and to take an appropriate vitamin supplement.
