He is informed about what is happening in the world by two ravens.
He rides an eight legged horse that he named Sleipnir.
Odin often travelled among the heroes in taking the form of an old man with one eye.
He sacrificed his eye in return for sacred knowledge.
Odin was regarded as the All Father of the other Gods, who are sometimes referred to as the children of Odin.
Odin had many children across Midgard where he roamed in disguise seducing mortal women.
Odin was worshipped by both warriors and leaders.
Odin was also a powerfull warrior.
He was associated with death in battle.
Wednesday is named for him.
