Victoria Caroline Adams was born April 7, 1975, Hetfordshire, England.

In August 2000, she released her first single outside of the Spice Girls: Out Of Your Mind.
Her debut album reached number 10 in the UK album chart.
In 1999, Victoria made a guest appearance on the catwalk for Maria Grachvogel.
Victoria wrote her autobiography, entitled, Learning to Fly.
She is known also as "Posh Spice" or simply "Posh", a nickname from her days as a member of the Spice Girls.
