She became the next face for fragrance "Trésor".

Ines appeared on the runways for designers such as, Jean Paul Gaulthier, Mulberry, Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, Marc Jacobs, and Fendi.

Appeared in the 1997 Pirelli calendar.

Ines Sastre is a UNICEF ambassador.
