Melinda Messenger

Born : February 23, 1971, Swindon, Wiltshire, England. Melinda Messenger came to prominence in the United Kingdom after appearing in a local advertising campaign for Glevum Windows. The advert was banned by the UK's Advertising Standards Authority for being too suggestive. The attention this caused was picked up by The Daily Star newspaper (on January 28th 1997), and immediately after by The Sun newspaper which led to Melinda becoming one of the most successful and recognisable Page Three girls.

Worked 6 months as a flight attendant for Britannia Airlines.

She modeled for an ad campaign for a local double-glazing firm, Glevum Windows. The posters caused a stir, and the Advertising Standards Authority banned the campaign.

Signed with modeling agent Yvonne Paul.

Became the "Face of Channel 5".

Later, she hosted her own show, "Melinda's Big Night In". She has become a popular stage actress, starring in many pantomimes since 1997, such as Cinderella (2004-2005) and Aladdin (with Bobby Davro and John Rhys Davies, Woking, 2005-2006).
