Gets her first modeling job doing a bra advertisement for a Chicago department store while still a student in high school in 1983.

Finalist in Elite Model Management's Look of the Year competition.

HER first cover was for French Madam Figaro.

In 1985 Cindy posed for Chicago Film Festival poster Ads.

Made the Cover of American Vogue by Richard Avedon.

Cindy has now been on the cover of more than six hundred magazines worldwide.

In 1988 she became the first modern supermodel to pose nude for Playboy.

Then in 1989 she signed a six million dollar contract with Revlon for four years.

Cindy married actor Richar Gere at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas in 1991.

Cindy went on to creat a popular series of exercise videos and hosted Stunwoman Word Tour 92 for Fox TV.

Became the first supermodel to advertise Pepsi.

Cindy has done a lot in the battle against leukemia doing numerous calendars with half of the proceeds going to charities fighting leukemia.

She makes her film debut in 1995 in the movie Fair Game with William Baldwin.
