I started dating my husband back in high school, and he wanted desperately for us to run off and get married in Reno as soon as I turned 18, before I even graduated HS! (he was 19 then, young and rash) anyway, even though I knew, even then, that this was who I would marry someday, I had to tell him that that wasn't the right time.
So in effect, I did say no to his first proposal.
We were married five years later though, in our hometown, in a big white wedding just like I'd dreamed. So all's well that ends well!......Kylie.
