LAKELAND TERRIER

The origins of the Lakeland Terrier may be traced to Cumberland county in England. The Lakeland Terrier was bred to hunt vermin in the mountains of the Lake District of northern England.

They are a very hardy working dog known for tenacity and good humor.

The Lakeland Terrier is happy both in the city or the country. They are bold and confident.

They are friendly and a great companion. The Lakeland Terriers coat needs brushing weekly.
