KATHIAWARI HORSE

The Kathiawari Horse was first bred in the 14th century, by the crossing native ponies, Arabians, and other oriental breeds.

Use : Saddle.

Height : 14.2 - 15 hh.

Colours : All colours except black.

Identifying Features : Distinctive ears, plain withers and shoulders, narrow body, tail carried high, hard feet.

28 types of the Kathiawari are recognized.

Had it`s original home in Kathiawar in north west India.
