The Karabair horse originated in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The Karabair was often used as a cavalry horse.

Use : Light draught, saddle.

Height : 14.2 - 15 hh.

Colours : All solid colours.

Identifying Features : Strong Neck, strong body, short strong legs.

Descended from ancient russian mountain horses.
