JUTLAND HORSE

the Jutland Horse is used as a Heavy draught horse.

Height : 15 - 16 hh.

Colours : Usually chestnut with blonde mane and tail.

Identifying Features : Heavy head, square muzle, short crested neck, powerful shoulders, broad chest, flat withers, massive legs. Mane and Tail: light colored.

Been bred in Denmark`s Jutland forest for over 1,000 years.

Docile, gentle horse. The Jutland was a major influence in the development of the Schleswig a German draught horse.
