When preparing to stroke the ball the following pointers should help improve your game and increase consistency.
Back should be slightly bent.
Keep the knees slightly bent to increase lower body power in the shot.
Weight should be evenly distributed 50-50 between heel and toe.
Start by squaring the clubface to the target.
Right shoulder should be lower than the left at address.
The left arm and shaft should more or less form a straight line to the ball.
Keep your knees slightly bent. Think of keeping your weight to the inside in the setup.
Play the ball inside the left heel, and set your feet square to the target.
