GOLDEN RETRIEVER

The Golden Retriever was developed in Scotland in the 19th century. The Golden Retriever was developed through crossbreeding of various gundogs on the estate of Lord Tweedmouth at Inverness Shire in Scotland.

This dog was used mainly to hunt waterfowl. These days he is well known as a guide dog.

The Golden Retriever is a friendly, gentle and trusting dog. He is good with children and other animals.

Well behaved, loyal to his master and extremely intelligent. Golden Retrievers need regular exercise.
