The residence of the British Prime Minister of Britain , number 10 Downing street, has long been haunted.
The ghost is dressed in Regancy style clothes and is a man of authority.
He is referred to as the Downing Street Ghost.
Some people feel that the ghost is a former Prime Minister.
But no-one is able to say for sure which Prime Minister.
The ghost only appears during a national crisis.
Or often around time of war.
