GERMANY NATIONAL ANTHEM

The Germany National Anthem was written by the poet August Heinrich von Fallersleben in 1841. The Anthem has been used since 1922.

First stanza
Germany, Germany above all,
Above everything in the world,
When it always, for protection and defiance,
Brotherly stand together.
From the Meuse to the Neman,
From the Adige to the Belt,

Above anything in the world. :|

Second stanza
German women, German loyalty,
German wine and German song
Shall retain in all the world
Their old beautiful ring
And inspire us to noble deeds
During all of our life.

Third stanza
Unity and Justice and Freedom
For the German fatherland;
This let us all pursue,
Brotherly with heart and hand.
