After his death in the 1960s, his son took over the business.
The bags are made in England by the highest quality skilled crafstmen.
Each Launer bag is stamped in gold with the Royal Warrant "By Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11".
In 1991, Her Majesty the Queen visited the Launer factory.
The Launer factory is in Walsall, near Birmingham.
