Eric Gaskins was born in 1958, in Germany.
Eric grew up in MA and attended Lawrence Academy.
Later, he attended and graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in Fine Arts.
Gaskins spent some time in Paris where he recieved training from Hubert Givenchy.
Gaskins then returned to the United States where he did fashion design for Koos Van den Akker, Bob Evans, and Scott Barrie.
In 1987, Eric Gaskins launched his own label.
The designs of Gaskins have featured in Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Vanity Fair to name just a few.
