Lindka Cierach

Lindka Cierach was born in Lesotho, Africa in 1952. Cierach studied at the London College of Fashion where she graduated and went on to work as an apprentice for Japanese designer Yuki.

In 1979, Cierach founded her own couture business. Her clientele soon included members of both British and European royalty.

In 1986, Lindka Cierach was commissioned by the Duchess of York (Sarah Ferguson) to design her wedding dress.

In 1987, Lindka was awarded, Designer of the Year.

Lindka Cierach is a supporter of a number of charities including UNICEF and The Red Cross.
