HENRY HUDSON BIOGRAPHY

Henry Hudson was born 1607.

Hudson was hired by the "English Muscovy Company", in order to find the Northeast Passage to Asia. Henry made two attempts both of which failed.

Again in 1609, Hudson was hired, this time by the "Dutch East India Company". His voyage eventually lead him to ascend the Hudson River (Named after him).

Henry Hudson died in 1611 after a mutiny.
