Charities Around The World are growing at an ever increasing pace. These days Charities are often found taking over the services that used to be provided by Governments.

A charitable organization (also known as a charity) is a trust, company or unincorporated association established for charitable purposes only. (Trusts or bodies established partly for charitable purposes are sometimes considered as, or treated as, charities: this is a matter of definition.)

Charities are sometimes referred to as foundations.

The majority of countries usually require registration of charities. These charities then will undergoe some form of ongoing supervision by the government.
