BINTURONG

The Binturong (Arctictis binturong) is a rare nocturnal mammal from Southeast Asia.

The Binturong, Arctictis binturong is also known as Asian Bearcat, Malay Civet Cat, Palawan Bearcat or just simply the Bearcat.

They are nocturnal and sleep on branches. They eat primarily fruit, but also have been known to dine on eggs, shoots and leaves, and small animals including rodents and birds.

They can live for more then 30 years and the Binturong can grow more then 5 feet high. The Binturong mostly eat small prey and fruits.
